Welcome to Joyce to the World! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchase of cookies from our Connecticut-licensed cottage food business.

1. Cottage Food Disclaimer

All products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Consumer Protection. Our business is licensed under Connecticut’s Cottage Food Law. While we follow all applicable safety and sanitation guidelines, our products are made in a facility that also processes common allergens, including nuts, wheat, dairy, soy, and eggs.

2. Product Availability

All cookies are made to order in small batches. Availability may vary based on demand and ingredient availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance. We offer local pickup, and customers will receive confirmation of pickup/delivery timing once their order is accepted.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our cookies may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and other allergens. Customers with food allergies should exercise caution. We do not offer allergen-free or gluten-free products at this time.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Joyce to the World, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use or consumption of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions or misuse.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the order process will only be used to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
